Are you a book worm? Or do you just like reading books occasionally when you find a really nice book or when you're in the mood? I'm pretty sure everyone's reading something be it a novel, a self-help book, comics, business or inspirational books.

So what are you reading now? If you also have some recommendations, do share them as well! :)

I've just finished reading the first Game of Thrones (for the second time) but if I were to recommend a book it would have to be either Gone With the Wind, or The Pillars of the Earth. I'm a big fan (as you may have gathered) of period drama and books set in that kind of time of knights and kings.

As I have a 3 year old I also read a different Disney book to him each night, though if he had his way it'd just be Cars and Cars 2 over and over again- he can basically narrate them, and knows if I ever try and skip or condense a line!

I've been working on re-reading House Rules by Jodi Piccoult. The book is a murder mystery and it revolves around a child with Asperger's coming upon the body himself. It's an interesting read and also gives you excellent perspective on seeing it through the child's eyes and how he deals with autism.

Everyone's been in on the GOT craze and it seems like I'm the only one not in it. The books look and sound interesting, though. Do you recommend reading them even if I don't watch the TV series or do I just watch the series?

I read a lot of self help books. One that changed how I view emotions is Karla McLaren's Language of Emotions. She also turned me on to Human Shadow by Robert Bly. One of the things that Bly talks about is the benefits of fairy tales and why they are especially helpful to children. I strongly recommend this book. I also like the philosopher Alain de Boton. He makes philosophy funny and very approachable. On the lighter side of reading, I thoroughly enjoy the books about Tinkerbell and all of her fairy friends that is a series of books by Random House. The artwork is beautiful!

I love to read. If I'm not online, then I'm usually reading. I love being able to be taken into another world with books. It's like a vacation where you don't have to leave. It's so hard though because there are so many books that I want to read and there isn't enough time. Right now I'm currently reading Joyland by Stephen King. I really love his books. Well, some of them at least, not all of them are good. I think that he's a really good writer. This one isn't one of his scary ones though. It's more about ghosts that haunt a ride at an amusement park. I thought it sounded pretty good so I picked it up the other day.

I love to read but sadly my life has been so crazy right now that I barely have time for anything else. I started a book that I got on my birthday in March called Smoke by Ellen Hopkins. My mom got me her two latest books because she is my favorite author. If I ever get around to finishing them I will need something else to read.

I love to read! But I don't have time to do it as I used to anymore, but I try!

I'm currently reading The Shining by Stephen King and I love it, it has this creepy but interesting vibe that I love, the plot is really good and the characters are pretty interesting too.

It's summer so I'm also reading Paper Towns by John Green, and I'm really enjoying it! that book has taken me a lot different places in just one hour, I totally felt in love with both of the principal characters and once you start reading you can't take your eyes out of that book, and also the movie is going to came out in July 24, I can't wait!

I am a self-confessed bookworm. I love to read a lot, mainly fiction. :) I am currently reading Paper Towns by John Green. My suitor gave me this book as a gift for my birthday because he knows I am such a big nerd, and I appreciated his effort a lot. :h: Anyway, as a recommendation, maybe you may like to read Gone Girl and other novels by John Green as well such as Looking for Alaska and The Fault in our Stars. They are both pretty great.

I feel like it has been ages since I've actually had the time to sit down and read a book. I always feel guilty if I am just sitting and reading, like there should be something more productive that I should be doing! But I'm setting myself a goal to read one book a month (it doesn't sound like much, but it's a start!) so I need to start trying to read something before August is over!
