Is this online store reliable?

Of course we all have different taste, but patterns still appear in long discussions. Comfort around the heel and toes is more important than super fancy design. I like when they mention whether the fabric has stretch or not, that detail matters a lot.

Even big and famous brands sometimes send generic replies that are not very helpful. I also started paying attention to how websites display sizing charts for clothing. If tracking never updates for weeks, I start to worry about the order. I am still learning and testing different brands and styles over time. Price is important to me, but quality and comfort are even more important in the long run. When a store shows clear shoulder width, bust, waist and length, it is much easier to choose. Whenever I find something that actually works well, I tend to reorder it later.
